Return of Goods

In accordance with UK law, quality food supplements, medicines, and sexual wellness products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will always seek the best solution for you.

We offer replacements or refunds for faulty items. Products are considered faulty if:

• They are past their expiry date

• They contain ingredients prohibited by law

• Their consistency or other essential characteristics have been altered due to improper storage before delivery

• They are mechanically damaged or have damaged packaging

• There are other defects affecting the product’s quality

How to Return Faulty Goods

You have the right to return defective goods by withdrawing from the contract of sale. To do so:

• Notify us within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery by sending a signed request to info@potency247.co.uk, clearly stating your intention to withdraw and return or exchange the goods.

• The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

• We will contact you to arrange the return method. The cost of returning faulty goods will be covered by us after we have assessed the returned item.

• Refunds will be issued to the bank account specified by the buyer.
