Avana-100 mg (Avanafil 100 mg) Avana-100 contains avanafil, a modern PDE5 inhibitor developed for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Compared to older medications, avanafil acts faster – often within 15–30 minutes – and its effects last for up to 6 hours. During sexual stimulation, avanafil increases blood flow to the penis, making it easier to achieve and maintain a firm erection. Avanafil does not work without sexual arousal.
How to use Avana-100?
Swallow one tablet whole with a glass of water, 15–30 minutes before sexual activity.
Recommended dose: 100 mg.
Higher doses than 200 mg will not increase the effect.
Duration of action: 4–6 hours.
Do not take more than once in 24 hours.
The dose may be reduced if the effect feels too strong.
Avoid fatty meals, alcohol, tobacco, and citrus juices, as these may reduce the drug’s effectiveness.
Avana-100 is not intended for women, children, or adolescents under 18 years.
If an erection lasts longer than 4 hours, seek medical help immediately.
Possible Side Effects
Like other ED medications, Avana-100 may cause mild, temporary side effects in some users, such as:
Headache
Facial flushing
Stuffy nose
Blurred vision
Dizziness
Fatigue or drowsiness
Muscle aches
Nausea
Rare but serious side effects:
Allergic reaction (rash, swelling, breathing difficulties)
Prolonged or painful erection (priapism)
Chest pain
Sudden vision loss
Ringing in the ears
If these occur, stop taking the medicine and consult a doctor.
Drug Interactions
Do not take Avana-100 with:
Nitrates or nitric oxide donors
Riociguat
Alpha-blockers for high blood pressure
Other ED medicines
Certain antibiotics, antidepressants, and HIV medicines
NSAIDs (ibuprofen, aspirin)
Blood thinners
Storage
Keep below 30 °C, protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
Store out of reach of children.
