Poxet 90 mg tablets contain dapoxetine 90 mg, a clinically used active substance that is also present in the branded medication Priligy. Dapoxetine is part of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) group of medicines. This treatment is intended for men who experience premature ejaculation. By enhancing serotonin levels in the nervous system, Poxet 90 mg helps delay ejaculation, improve control during sexual activity, and reduce performance-related anxiety. Poxet 90 mg starts working relatively quickly, with its effects generally lasting around 3 to 5 hours.
How to Take Poxet 90
Take one tablet (90 mg) whole with a glass of water, 60 to 120 minutes before sexual activity.
Do not chew or crush the tablet.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Although this tablet contains 90 mg of dapoxetine, studies show that 60 mg is the maximum effective dose, and taking more will not enhance the effect.
The duration of action is approximately 3 to 5 hours.
If the effect feels too strong, consider reducing the dosage—consult your doctor before adjusting.
For best results, avoid fatty foods, alcohol, tobacco products, and citrus juices before taking the medication, as these may delay or reduce its effectiveness.
Poxet 90 can be taken in combination with erectile dysfunction treatments that contain other active ingredients like sildenafil, tadalafil, or vardenafil (only under medical supervision).
Not intended for use in women, children, or adolescents under 18 years of age.
