How to Take Erex

Take one tablet of Erex 30–60 minutes before sexual activity with a glass of water.

The effects typically last between 4 and 6 hours.

The recommended dose is 100 mg. Taking more than this does not enhance the effect and may increase the risk of side effects.

If the effect feels too strong, consult your doctor about reducing the dosage.

Avoid fatty foods, alcohol, tobacco products, and citrus juices before taking Erex, as they may delay or reduce the effectiveness of the medication.

Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.

If you experience an erection lasting longer than 4 hours, seek immediate medical attention.

Possible Side Effects

Like other sildenafil-based medications (such as Viagra), Erex may cause mild to moderate side effects in some individuals. These effects are usually short-lived. Common side effects include:

• Headache

• Facial flushing

• Red or irritated eyes

• Muscle pain

• Blurred vision

• Nasal congestion

• Mild fatigue

• Drowsiness

Serious side effects are rare. Discontinue use and consult a doctor immediately if you experience:

• Allergic reactions (e.g., rash, swelling, difficulty breathing)

• A prolonged or painful erection (priapism)

• Chest pain

• Vision disturbances

Drug Interactions – Do Not Use With:

Avoid using Erex with the following medications:

• Nitrates or nitric oxide donors

• Alpha-blockers for high blood pressure

• Other treatments for erectile dysfunction

• Certain antidepressants

• Some antibiotics

• CYP3A4 inhibitors (consult your doctor)
