How to Take Carefil Chewable 20

Dosage Form: Chewable Tablet

• Timing: Take this medication 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity for optimal results.

• Duration of Effect: The effects of Carefil Chewable 20 can last up to 36 hours.

• With or Without Food: It can be taken with a meal, but for faster effects, it is recommended to fast for 1.5 to 2 hours and take it with a small amount of water.

• Alcohol and Citrus Juice Interaction:

  • Alcohol: Taking Carefil Chewable 20 with alcohol may reduce its effectiveness and can also cause erectile dysfunction, lower blood pressure, and cause dizziness.

  • Citrus Juice: Avoid citrus juices for 48 hours before taking Carefil Chewable 20, as they may cause a sudden increase in blood flow throughout the body.

• Recommended Dose: The typical starting dose is 10 mg. Doses higher than 20 mg do not increase the effect.

• Dosage Adjustments: If the effects are too strong, the dose can be reduced.

• Frequency: Do not take this medication more often than once every 36 hours.
