Carefill 60 mg (Tadalafil) is a generic alternative to the well-known drug Cialis, which is used to treat male sexual dysfunction, particularly when the penis does not become erect or remain rigid enough for the duration of sexual activity. Like Cialis, Carefill 60 contains 60 mg of the active ingredient tadalafil, a type 5 phosphodiesterase inhibitor. During sexual stimulation, the drug works by relaxing the smooth muscles of the blood vessels in the penis, allowing increased blood flow into the penis. This promotes the onset of an erection, helps maintain a firm erection during intercourse, enhances sexual desire, and helps resolve the psychological distress associated with erectile dysfunction. The effects of Carefill 60 can last up to 36 hours. However, in the absence of erectile dysfunction, Carefill 60 will not be effective. It is very important to note that Carefill 60 requires sexual stimulation to work and will not produce an erection without it. Carefill 60 contains a higher dose of tadalafil, which may allow for the tablet to be divided and taken in smaller doses (such as 2 or 3 times) if needed.

How to Take Carefill 60

Timing: Take Carefill 60 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity.
Effect Duration: The effects may last up to 36 hours.
With or Without Food: It can be taken with a meal, but for faster effects, we recommend taking it on an empty stomach (fasting for 1.5 - 2 hours) with a small amount of water.
Alcohol: Taking Carefill 60 with alcohol may cause erectile dysfunction and reduce the effectiveness of the drug. Alcohol can also lower blood pressure and cause dizziness.
Citrus Juice: Consuming citrus juice while taking Carefill 60 may lead to an unexpected increase in blood flow throughout the body. Therefore, it is best to avoid citrus juices 48 hours before taking the medication.
Recommended Dose: The recommended dose is 10 mg, and taking more than 20 mg will not increase the effect.
Adjusting the Dose: If the effect is too strong, the dose may be reduced.
Frequency: It is not recommended to take Carefill 60 more often than every 36 hours.
Sexual Stimulation: Carefill 60 requires sexual stimulation to work. It will not cause an erection without it.
Prolonged Erection: If an erection lasts longer than 4 hours, seek medical advice immediately.
