How to Take Tadalip 20

• Take one tablet whole (do not chew), 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity.

• The recommended dose is 10 mg. Taking more than 20 mg does not increase effectiveness.

• The dose may be reduced if the effect is too strong.

• The effect of Tadalip 20 can last up to 36 hours.

• It can be taken with or without food, but for quicker results, take it on an empty stomach with a small amount of water.

Important Precautions:

• Avoid alcohol when using Tadalip 20, as it may reduce the drug’s effectiveness, lower blood pressure, and cause dizziness.

• Do not consume citrus juices (especially grapefruit) within 48 hours of taking the tablet, as they can cause a sudden increase in blood flow and side effects.

• Do not take more than once every 36 hours.

• Tadalip 20 is only effective with sexual stimulation.

• If an erection lasts longer than 4 hours, seek immediate medical attention.

• Not recommended for use in women, children, or adolescents under 18 years of age.

Possible Side Effects

Mild and temporary side effects may include:

• Dizziness

• Facial flushing (redness of the skin)

• Nasal congestion (inflammation of the nasal mucosa)

• Mild fatigue

Serious side effects are rare, but if you experience any of the following, stop taking the medication and contact a doctor immediately:

• Allergic reaction

• Prolonged or painful erection

• Chest pain

• Blurred vision

Drug Interactions — Do Not Take With:

• Nitric oxide donors

• Riociguat

• Alpha-blockers for high blood pressure

• Other erectile dysfunction medications

• Antidepressants

• Certain antibiotics

• Anticonvulsants (e.g., phenobarbital, phenytoin, carbamazepine)

• 5-alpha reductase inhibitors (used for enlarged prostate)

• Ketoconazole and similar antifungal medicines

• Other blood pressure medications
