Tadalip 20 mg (Tadalafil) is an alternative to the globally recognized medication Cialis, used to treat male sexual dysfunction, specifically when the penis does not become sufficiently erect or remain firm enough for satisfactory sexual intercourse. Like Cialis, it contains 20 mg of the active ingredient tadalafil, a type 5 phosphodiesterase (PDE5) inhibitor. During sexual stimulation, Tadalip 20 relaxes the smooth muscles of the blood vessels in the penis, allowing increased blood flow, which helps to initiate and maintain a firm erection. It also enhances sexual desire and may reduce the psychological stress associated with erectile dysfunction. The effects of the medication can last up to 36 hours. Tadalip 20 is not effective without sexual stimulation, and it will not work in the absence of erectile dysfunction.
Take one tablet whole (do not chew), 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity.
The recommended dose is 10 mg. Taking more than 20 mg does not increase effectiveness.
The dose may be reduced if the effect is too strong.
The effect of Tadalip 20 can last up to 36 hours.
It can be taken with or without food, but for quicker results, take it on an empty stomach with a small amount of water.
Avoid alcohol when using Tadalip 20, as it may reduce the drug’s effectiveness, lower blood pressure, and cause dizziness.
Do not consume citrus juices (especially grapefruit) within 48 hours of taking the tablet, as they can cause a sudden increase in blood flow and side effects.
Do not take more than once every 36 hours.
Tadalip 20 is only effective with sexual stimulation.
If an erection lasts longer than 4 hours, seek immediate medical attention.
Not recommended for use in women, children, or adolescents under 18 years of age.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist for further advice.
