How to Take Vidalista 20

• Avoid alcohol while using this medication, as it can impair the drug’s effectiveness, lower blood pressure, and cause dizziness.

• Do not consume citrus juices (e.g., grapefruit) within 48 hours of taking Vidalista 20, as they may cause a sudden increase in the absorption of the drug and potential side effects.

• The recommended starting dose is 10 mg. Taking more than 20 mg will not enhance the effect.

• If the effect feels too strong, the dose may be reduced.

• Do not take more than one dose within 36 hours.

• Vidalista 20 only works with sexual stimulation—it will not produce an erection on its own.
