How to Take Vidalista 5

• Take this medicine 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity.

• The effects of this medicine may last up to 36 hours.

• It can be taken with a meal, but for faster effects, it is recommended to fast for 1.5 to 2 hours and take it with a small amount of water.

• Taking Vidalista 5 with alcohol may cause erectile dysfunction and reduce the active properties of the drug. Alcohol can also lower blood pressure and cause dizziness.

• Avoid consuming citrus juice (such as grapefruit or orange juice) while taking Vidalista 5. This may cause a sudden increase in blood flow throughout the body, so it is best not to take these juices 48 hours before taking Vidalista 5.

• The recommended dose is 5-10 mg. Taking more than 20 mg does not increase the effect.

• The dose may be reduced if the effect is too strong.
