How to Take Vidalista 60

• Timing: Take one tablet 30 to 60 minutes before planned sexual activity.

• Duration: The effect can last up to 36 hours.

• With or Without Food: It may be taken with food, but for faster results, take on an empty stomach (fasted for 1.5 to 2 hours) with a small amount of water.

• Avoid Alcohol: Alcohol can reduce the effectiveness of the medication and increase the risk of side effects such as dizziness and low blood pressure.

• Avoid Citrus Juices: Do not consume citrus juices, especially grapefruit, for at least 48 hours before taking Vidalista 60, as they can intensify the drug’s effects unpredictably.

• Dosage Guidance:

  • The recommended starting dose is 10 mg.

  • Do not exceed 20 mg in a single dose—higher amounts do not enhance the effect.

  • Vidalista 60 mg tablets may be split into smaller doses (e.g., 2 or 3 parts) for flexibility.

• Frequency: Do not use more than once every 36 hours.

• Important: Vidalista 60 only works with sexual stimulation. It will not cause an erection without arousal.

Warnings
