Super Carefil 80 mg contains 60 mg of dapoxetine and 20 mg of tadalafil. Dapoxetine is the active ingredient in the well-known drug Priligy, which belongs to a group of drugs called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). SSRIs help prevent premature ejaculation. Tadalafil is a member of the group of type 5 phosphodiesterase inhibitors, commonly known as the active substance in Cialis, used to treat male sexual dysfunction, where the male sex organ does not become rigid enough or does not remain erect long enough for sexual intercourse. Super Carefil works by dilating blood vessels during sexual stimulation, allowing more blood to flow to the penis, stimulating an erection, maintaining rigidity during intercourse, prolonging sexual activity, increasing desire, and relieving the psychological distress associated with erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. The effects of the medication can last up to 36 hours. Sexual stimulation is necessary for Super Carefil to be effective.

How to Take Super Carefil 80

Take one Super Carefil 80 tablet whole with a glass of water, 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity.

Do not chew or crush the tablet.

The recommended dose is 80 mg (60 mg Dapoxetine + 20 mg Tadalafil).

Do not exceed 80 mg—taking a higher dose does not enhance the effect.

The effect typically lasts up to 36 hours.

The dose may be reduced if the effect feels too strong or causes discomfort.

Important Precautions:

For optimal results, avoid fatty meals, alcohol, tobacco products, and citrus juices (especially grapefruit) prior to taking the tablet, as these can slow down or reduce the effect.

Do not take more than one tablet in 36 hours.

Super Carefil 80 is not intended for use in women, children, or adolescents under 18 years of age.

The medication only works in the presence of sexual stimulation.
