How to Take Super P-Force

• Take one Super P-Force tablet whole with a glass of water, 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity.

• Do not chew or crush the tablet.

• The recommended dose is 160 mg (100 mg Sildenafil + 60 mg Dapoxetine).

• Do not exceed 160 mg—taking a higher dose does not enhance the effect.

• The effect typically lasts between 6 to 9 hours.

• The dose may be reduced if the effect feels too strong or causes discomfort.

Important Precautions:

• For optimal results, avoid fatty meals, alcohol, tobacco products, and citrus juices (especially grapefruit) prior to taking the tablet, as these can slow down or reduce the effect.

• Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.

• Super P-Force is not intended for use in women, children, or adolescents under 18 years of age.

• The medication only works in the presence of sexual stimulation.

• If an erection lasts longer than 4 hours, seek immediate medical attention.

Possible Side Effects

Mild to moderate and usually short-lived:

• Headache

• Facial flushing (redness of the skin)

• Red or irritated eyes

• Muscle aches

• Blurred vision

• Nasal congestion (inflammation of the nasal mucosa)

• Fatigue or mild tiredness

• Lightheadedness or dizziness

• Skin rash

• Insomnia

• Anxiety

• Mild increase in blood pressure

Rare but serious side effects – seek medical help immediately if you experience:

• Allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness)

• Prolonged or painful erections (priapism)

• Chest pain or tightness

• Severe vision changes or blurred vision

• Ringing in the ears or hearing loss

Drug Interactions – Avoid Taking With:

• Nitrates or nitric oxide donors (commonly used for chest pain or heart conditions)

• Riociguat (used for pulmonary hypertension)

• Alpha-blockers for high blood pressure

• Other erectile dysfunction medications

• Antidepressants, especially SSRIs and MAOIs

• Some antibiotics (consult your doctor for details)

• NSAIDs (e.g., ibuprofen, aspirin)

• Blood thinners
