How to Take Super Vidalista

• Take one tablet (unchewed) approximately 30 to 60 minutes before planned sexual activity.

• The effects may last for up to 36 hours.

• It can be taken with or without food. For faster results, take it 1.5 to 2 hours before a meal with a small amount of water.

• Avoid alcohol, as it can reduce the effectiveness of the medication, worsen erectile dysfunction, and may cause dizziness due to lowered blood pressure.

• Avoid citrus juices (especially grapefruit) within 48 hours, as they can unpredictably increase blood levels of the active ingredients.

• If the effect feels too strong, the dose may be reduced — speak to your healthcare provider.

• Do not take more than one tablet in 36 hours.

• Sexual stimulation is required for the medication to be effective.

• If you experience an erection lasting longer than 4 hours, seek immediate medical attention.

• Not intended for use in women, or in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.

Possible Side Effects

Mild side effects (usually short-term and not experienced by everyone):

• Dizziness

• Facial flushing (redness of the skin)

• Stuffy or runny nose

• Lightheadedness

• Mild fatigue or tiredness

Serious side effects (rare — discontinue use and seek medical help immediately):

• Allergic reactions (e.g. rash, itching, swelling)

• Prolonged or painful erection (priapism)

• Chest pain

• Blurred or impaired vision

Medication Interactions – Avoid Use With:

• Nitric oxide donors

• Riociguat

• Other PDE5 inhibitors or ED medications

• Alpha-blockers for high blood pressure

• Antidepressants (especially SSRIs or MAOIs)

• Certain antibiotics

• Phenobarbital, phenytoin, carbamazepine

• 5-alpha reductase inhibitors (for enlarged prostate)

• Ketoconazole or other strong CYP3A4 inhibitors

• Other medications for blood pressure or prostate treatment
