How to Take Tadapox

• Dosage Form: Oral tablet (to be swallowed whole, not chewed)

• Timing: Take 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity

• Duration of Effect: Up to 36 hours

Instructions:

• Swallow the tablet with a small amount of water.

• It can be taken with food, but for quicker results, take it 1.5 to 2 hours before a meal.

• Do not consume alcohol when using Tadapox, as it may reduce the drug’s effectiveness and cause dizziness or low blood pressure.

• Avoid citrus juices (especially grapefruit) for at least 48 hours before taking Tadapox, as they may lead to unpredictable increases in blood levels of the active ingredients.

• If the effect feels too strong, you may consult your doctor to adjust the dose.

• Do not take more than one tablet every 36 hours.

• Sexual stimulation is required for Tadapox to be effective.

• If an erection lasts longer than 4 hours, seek medical help immediately.

Note: Tadapox is not intended for use in women, children, or adolescents under 18 years of age.

Possible Side Effects

Mild to moderate and short-lived side effects may include:

• Dizziness

• Facial flushing

• Nasal congestion

• Mild fatigue

• Drowsiness

Rare but serious side effects (seek medical attention immediately):

• Allergic reaction

• Prolonged or painful erection

• Chest pain

• Blurred vision

Do Not Use Tadapox If You Are Taking:

• Nitric oxide donors (e.g., nitroglycerin)

• Riociguat

• PDE5 inhibitors or other ED medications

• Alpha-blockers for high blood pressure

• Antidepressants (especially SSRIs or MAOIs)

• Certain antibiotics (e.g., erythromycin, clarithromycin)

• Anti-seizure medications (phenobarbital, phenytoin, carbamazepine)

• 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors (for enlarged prostate)

• Antifungal medications like ketoconazole

• Other medications for high blood pressure
